A 60-minute virtual, educational consult to help you understand what your body is communicating during perimenopause — with or without labs.

Designed for women who don’t feel like themselves, have been told “everything looks normal,” or want clear guidance on hormone-related symptoms and next steps — without the overwhelm.

In this session, we’ll focus on:

- How perimenopause-related hormone shifts affect mood, sleep, energy, and metabolism

- What your labs show if you have them, and what matters most right now

- The key drivers behind your symptoms (hormones, stress, blood sugar, nervous system load)

- Clear priorities so you know what to address now vs. what can wait

A follow-up session for returning clients who want to review labs, refine their plan, or get support as things evolve.

This session is designed to help you:

  • Review labs ordered after your initial consult

  • Adjust or troubleshoot recommendations

  • Revisit symptoms as your body shifts over time

  • Clarify next steps — without starting from scratch

You’ll walk away with:
✔ A concise, personalized session summary
✔ Updated recommendations as needed
✔ A clear, calm plan forward as your body continues to change

Follow-ups are designed to keep you supported — not overwhelmed.

FAQs

Do I need labs before my session?
No. Labs are not required. If you have recent labs, we’ll review them. If not, we’ll focus on symptoms and patterns and decide whether testing would be helpful.

Can you order labs or prescribe medications?
No. These sessions are educational and non-medical. I help you understand patterns, interpret information, and prepare for informed conversations with your provider.

What kind of labs can I upload (if I have them)?
Bloodwork, thyroid panels, DUTCH testing, lipid/insulin/glucose markers, micronutrients, or functional labs you’ve already completed.

Will I receive a plan or summary?
Yes. Every session includes a personalized summary and simple action steps.
