About Me
I’m a board-certified nurse practitioner with a doctorate in women’s health, certified in functional medicine through the Institute for Functional Medicine, and a holistic nutritionist through AFPA. I also bring over 20 years of experience in vinyasa yoga, mindfulness meditation, women’s herbal medicine, and health psychology.
In short: I’m a forever student of both science and soul—and I love weaving what I’ve learned into a holistic, real-life approach to women’s health.
Do I have all the answers? Definitely not. But I do have a deep, well-rounded toolkit rooted in both conventional and integrative medicine. And I’m passionate about using it to support women like you—without the overwhelm or one-size-fits-all advice.
Because the longer I do this work, the more I believe that the simple things matter most.
My approach blends modern science with ancient wisdom—drawing from functional medicine, holistic nutrition, and mindfulness—to help you reconnect with your body, reduce stress, and feel more like yourself again.
I also believe that time in nature, good food shared with good people, and doing more of what brings you joy are the real wellness “hacks.”
When you’re not constantly second-guessing your symptoms or stressing about what to eat, you free up so much energy to actually enjoy your life. And isn’t that kinda the whole point?
