I’m a big advocate for eating REAL food and that includes real cheese and warm sourdough bread and chocolate chip cookies right outta the oven. 

But it also looks like lot’s of leafy greens and sauerkraut and colorful smoothies. Because feeding yourself well is a special kind of self-care, and food is supposed to make your body feel good! 

There’s not much I love more than a square or two of good dark chocolate, but some days you just want a treat that feels indulgent but isn’t going to send your blood sugar through the roof.
